Result: Converted clinical ops from a multi-clinic “bricks & mortar” model to 100% virtual, improved revenue within 60 days, doubled clinically appropriate users of services within 3 months.
Recruited as a member of the C-suite team tasked to reverse
the financial losses and streamline delivery of clinical car.
Result: Shortened length of stay to at or below GMLOS at 6 of 7 facilities (30 to 100% improvement depending on facility) Restructured the Quality Department. Decreased personnel expenses by $1.7mm. Decreased HAI by more than 50%
